You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements under Kenyan law. By purchasing from Lenna Skincare Beauty, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and true.

We’re committed to creating safe, natural, and high-quality skincare products using responsibly sourced ingredients. Every product is handmade with care and tested for quality before dispatch.
3. Orders and Availability
• Orders are accepted through our official channels: website, social media, or WhatsApp.
• All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue products without prior notice.
• Product descriptions, images, and prices are displayed accurately to the best of our ability, but slight variations may occur due to natural ingredients or lighting.
4. Pricing and Payment
• All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
• Payment must be made in full before delivery.
• We accept M-Pesa, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers through secure, approved payment systems.
• We are not responsible for any transaction errors caused by third-party payment processors.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Our shipping process is guided by our Shipping Policy.
We aim to deliver all orders within the stated timelines; however, delays may occur due to courier schedules or unforeseen circumstances. Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be provided.
6. Returns and Refunds
If your order is incorrect, defective, or damaged, you are covered by our Return & Refund Policy.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and follow our inspection process. Refunds are processed once approved.

All trademarks, brand names, logos, product designs, and content on Lenna Skincare Beauty materials or website belong to us. You may not use or reproduce them without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Kenyan law, Lenna Skincare Beauty is not liable for:
